Local and organic flours

We pay particular attention to the quality of the ingredients that go into our products, especially our breads. That's why we buy our flours from Alsatian millers and from organic farmers. It's with the best flours that we can produce our best breads.

Natural sourdoughs

Natural sourdoughs have many benefits. Not only do they make bread more digestible, they also help to release the good nutrients it contains. Importantly, they also improve bread's shelf life. And that's not counting the very special taste of natural sourdoughs!

Gluten-free

At MOKKA, we take a particular interest in satisfying all our customers. So, because some bread lovers are gluten intolerant, we offer a gluten-free range of breads, pizzas, snacks and more.

Hand-made

All our breads are shaped by hand, but why? This process, unlike a mechanical one, has the advantage of adapting bread-making to its environment. This makes our breads perfectly imperfect!

In this way, craftsmanship continues to live on!

"The best raw materials make the best products". That's why we've decided to use organically grown raw materials for all our viennoseries. They are made by hand and are particularly tasty.
