The Organic Bakery

At Mokka, bakery is all about know-how. 

We shape our bread by hand, and use sourdough to give it incomparable taste and character. Finally, we use local organic flours.

La Pâtisserie BIO

All our creations are made from organically grown ingredients. Organic patisserie isn't easy, but we're up to the challenge!

The range of pastries on offer changes with the seasons and the products available from our local suppliers.

The adjoining Salon de Thé / Restaurant is an ideal place to sample the products on offer.

A 40-cover area that can be privatized for various occasions (birthdays, christenings, etc.). We can tailor our services to your requirements.


Whatever the event - wedding, christening or business reception - our team of pastry chefs can create a custom-made cake for you.


Our kitchen and patisserie team can tailor a buffet to meet the needs of all your guests. We adapt to different dietary constraints.


Do you prefer salty? Sweet? It doesn't matter. Our teams offer you magnificent mignardises for delivery or to take away in-store. These are laid out on a tray ready to be served.

Christian Le Corroller

Passionate about patisserie from an early age, Christian trained for over 10 years with top chefs to develop his technique and creativity.

After several years as a Pastry Chef in a 2* Michelin Restaurant, Christian decided to settle in Strasbourg, his partner's hometown.

Together with one of his best friends, Théo, they decided to open a store using organic and seasonal produce whenever possible...

Place Clément, Mokka flirts with luxury pastry-making

Since mid-July, the Mokka bakery and patisserie has replaced the Bäckerstub on Place Clément, a stone's throw from Les Halles. Loyalty card

How can I benefit from the loyalty card?

The loyalty card is available in store, on request.

How does the loyalty card work?

For every purchase of a minimum of €8 in the store (excluding the tea room), a stamp is placed on your card. Once the card has been filled after 12 stamps, you'll receive an €8 voucher to spend anywhere in the store.

Our organic certification

Do you have organic certification?

Yes, almost all our recipes are certified by a third-party organization. You'll find the words "produit issu de l'Agriculture Biologique certifié par FR-BIO-10" on the product label, along with the AB and European logos.

Do you make gluten-free products?

Yes, we attach great importance to satisfying all our customers and meeting their expectations. More and more people are gluten intolerant, and we feel it's important that they can still enjoy tasty, quality products despite this. That's why we strive every day to develop new gluten-free recipes.

What gluten-free products are available?

Numerous gluten-free products are already available, including bread (plain or cereal), brownies, seasonal tarts, pizzas, salads and more.

Our suppliers

How do you select your suppliers? 

To choose our suppliers, we apply a very precise methodology. First, we list all our suppliers, whether producers, farmers or organic wholesalers. 

Once this list has been drawn up, we give preference to local suppliers and contact them. If the products on offer meet our quality requirements, then we initiate a long-term relationship with them.

Who are your flour suppliers?

We work with two main suppliers: Le Moulin Kircher and Moulin Waldmulhe (Rémi Jung)

Who are your local suppliers?

For fruit and vegetables, for example, we buy from Scot La Cygogne and Côté Nature. For beverages, we also work with local suppliers: ADAM, Vinothérapie, Hyca and also La ferme d'Herrmann.
