Materials are more expensive, and certain technical gestures are more complex to execute.
We were determined to rise to the challenge!
But that's not all!
At Mokka, we also offer "classic" Boulangère pastries.
You'll find : Éclairs, Cookies, Tartes and the famous Madeleine.
And these are, of course, made from organically grown raw materials.
Seasonal products
Organic produce is one thing, but we also do our utmost to source our produce from short supply chains, so we only use seasonal produce.
Unfortunately, we still haven't found any suppliers for Strawberries in Winter ...

What is organic patisserie?
Organic patisserie is the "art" of imagining and producing sweet desserts using organically grown ingredients.
Are all your pastries certified BIO (Agriculture Biologique)?
Yes, as soon as a creation is sold in our boutique, the recipe is sent to our certifying body. In this way, new pastries sold can be certified almost instantaneously.
What ingredients are commonly used in organic patisserie?
In organic patisserie, we use slightly different ingredients. These meet very precise specifications. For example, we use organic flour, free-range eggs and organic butter.
Is organic pastry suitable for people with dietary restrictions?
Yes, ORGANIC patisserie can be adapted to many dietary restrictions, such as gluten intolerance (see below), lactose-free products, and so on.
What are the main advantages of organic patisserie?

Do you make gluten-free pastries?
Yes, we attach great importance to satisfying all our customers and meeting their expectations. More and more people are gluten intolerant, and we feel it's important that they can still enjoy tasty, quality products despite this. That's why we strive every day to develop new gluten-free recipes.
We are working on tart bases based on gluten-free flours, so that we can offer at least one variety of gluten-free pastries in our range.
We also work on lactose-free pastries to meet the needs of lactose-intolerant people.
Are other gluten-free products available?
Numerous gluten-free products are already available, including bread (plain or cereal), brownies, seasonal tarts, pizzas, salads and more.
